Cryptohopper Marketplace Payments Update

Starting next Tuesday, 21-05-2024, a number of changes will be implemented in the Cryptohopper Marketplace to improve the overall user experience and to keep the Marketplace fair for Cryptohopper users and Marketplace Sellers.

From May 21, the following things will change:

• There will be a payment fee on new deposits to credits, strategies, templates, package deals, trading bot, Copy Bot, and signaler subscriptions. The amount varies by payment method and the purchase price of the product.

• It will no longer be possible to request automatic refunds for products purchased within 30 minutes. If you want a refund, it is still important to remove the trading strategy or Copy Bot from your account within 14 days and that you contact support within 14 days of your purchase.

• Marketplace Sellers and Affiliates will incur a Payout fee on the payout requests they make.
