Blockchain Week Rome 2022 Course (May 24th to 26th)
To help beginners take their first steps into the exciting world of blockchain technology, BWR 2022 is hosting an intensive three-day comprehensive blockchain course, covering the world of blockchain, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
While the course is targeted at beginners, it will also be useful for more experienced participants who are looking to deepen their knowledge of important blockchain concepts. The course strongly resonates with Binance’s emphasis on the importance of education and its value to users of any level.
The educational course will be an important foundation for those interested in joining the Binance Meetup, where you will learn more about our brand, its role in the blockchain industry, and how you can jumpstart your crypto journey with Binance.
Blockchain Week Rome Summit
The summit will start right after the course on May 27th. Attendees will be able to discover the insights of some of the industry’s most vibrant speakers, including those of Binance’s management.
Samsul Karim, Ecosystem Coordinator at BNB Chain, will discuss DeFi and scalable blockchain infrastructure for larger user base applications. Tune in to Samsul’s speech on May 27th, at 11:10 (CET).
Athena Yu, Deputy Head of NFT at Binance, will discuss how NFTs serve as a gateway to the Metaverse and Web 3. Discover Athena’s speech on May 27th, at 15:30 (CET).

NFTs Rewards For Attendees
Binance has a few surprises lined up for our attendees! We will be hosting 2 activities where on-site visitors can claim NFTs from the exclusive BWR2022 NFT Mystery Box collection.
To participate in the first activity, attendees will need to search for POAP QR codes at the event. A POAP NFT is an event keepsake or collectible that serves as verifiable proof that you have attended the event. Attendees will be able to find them with the help of Binance Angels, who are easily identifiable via the Binance Italian Twitter and Instagram pages, where they will be announced prior to the event.
Those who manage to find the POAP QR codes will need to scan them to claim their "Binance in Rome 2022" POAP NFT and head over to Binance’s booth to claim their rewards by participating in on-site activities. Chances of winning will be determined by the rarity of the NFT.
The second activity is a social competition where attendees can win a VIP Box containing exclusive Binance merchandise by showing their creativity and passion for the crypto industry. To participate, attendees must take a picture at the Binance booth by the ‘CRYPTO HODLER’ together with someone from Binance’s team or an Angel and publish it on Instagram or Twitter. Participants must include the hashtags #BinanceBWR22 and #BWR22 and tag the relevant channels: @TheBinanceNFT and @BinanceItalian on Twitter, or @binancenfts and @BinanceItalian on Instagram, respectively.
Binance will select the four most creative submissions and announce the winners on social media per day by 15:00 (CET).
