Affiliate terms and conditions

Important terms
- Every affiliate request will be processed as soon as possible. Please be patient, our offices will process all requests. When you have been accepted as an affiliate you will receive an affiliate link, which you can share with your network.
- Fill out all details in the request form, in order for us to make payments to the right address/account.
- Being a Cryptohopper affiliate means that you refer new people to subscribe for a Starter, Medium or Pro subscription on the Cryptohopper.com website, with the usage of your personal affiliate link. The 10% commission will be paid over a fully paid Hopper subscription, taking the payment conditions mentioned below, into account.
- For signals there is a separate rule. Cryptohopper receives 15% cost coverage over each paid signal. The affiliates will receive 10% commission over the 15% that Cryptohopper receives.
- Payment details need to be filled in correctly. Any wrong payments made because of incorrectly provided addresses are not the responsibility of Cryptohopper and will be your own loss.
- Payments to affiliates are done through Cryptohopper Balance.
- Payments are done every Monday and can be requested up to twice a month. They will be announced on the dashboard of your Cryptohopper account. Subscribers that used your affiliate link, who make monthly payments for their subscription, will continue to pay 10% out to the affiliate as long as the subscribers continue using Cryptohopper.
- It is the responsibility of the affiliate to pay any applicable taxes over our affiliate payments, according to the affiliate’s country’s law.
- The banners and promotional material that you are allowed to use will be send with your affiliate link. These are our official promotional tools. Any homemade media and/or other tools you want to use, have to be approved by us first.
- False information or negative publicity will risk you being removed as an affiliate and/or a ban from Cryptohopper.
- Distributing negative attitude/messages about Cryptohopper on social media, question desk and/ or forum, will risk your removal as an affiliate. As an affiliate you are expected to spread a positive vibe.
- We can change these terms without notifying you.
- We only accept professional sites and reserve the right to always block affiliates without a warning.
- Affiliates that aren't allowed are: coupon websites, pornography, clone websites, Google ads with our link.
Payment conditions
- Our affiliate payout percentage for each fully paid Starter, Medium or Pro or subscription is 10% commission. For signals the affiliates will receive 10% commission over the 15% that Cryptohopper receives. New paid features that will be implemented, will also pay out 10% of the fully paid option/subscription.
- Affiliate payments will not be done when the following factors are in play:
- If you do take advantage of any/all of these conditions mentioned above, you will be removed as an affiliate and risk being banned from the Cryptohopper website.
- Discount codes used; only with exceptions, acknowledged by the administration office of Cryptohopper.
- Own affiliate link usage; the usage of your own referral link for your Hopper is not allowed.
- Affiliate payments will not be done under $75,-.
- Refunds made for subscriptions, which used your affiliate link, will automatically withhold that part of your commission.
Exceptions and exclusives
- Affiliates that are registered before March 10th 2018, have the exclusive right of receiving 15% commission over the Starter, Medium and Pro subscriptions, as we want to show our appreciation for their support during the early days of Cryptohopper.
- The condition mentioned above does not include the miscalculation we experienced, concerning our signals subscription commission. The new and exclusive right for the affiliates registered before March 10th 2018, will include a commission percentage of 15% over the 15% commission received by Cryptohopper.
- Affiliates signing up after March 10th 2018 will be able to take advantage of a layered system which gives them the possibility to grow their commissions. After $500 dollar of monthly affiliate commissions you will be upgraded from 10% to 12,5%. After $1000 dollar of monthly affiliate commissions you will be upgraded from 12,5% to 15%. When your monthly affiliate commissions drop below the amounts mentioned above, you will be downgraded accordingly. This percentage is automatically checked and adjusted each month.
- All these ‘exceptions and exclusives’ regulations are to be taken into account together with the ‘payment conditions’.
