Yes, your funds will always remain on the exchange. Cryptohopper connects with your exchange by using API Keys. We will never ask for withdrawal rights. For more information, read the tutorial that explains how to create API keys on your exchange.
The minimum amount of funds you need highly depends on the exchange you are using. Most exchanges have a list of their minimum trading volumes. It’s possible to start trading with $20, but we recommend considering the monthly subscription costs.
You can have multiple trading bots on a single account. But remember, a single subscription gives you a single bot AND a single paper trading bot.

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to Subscriptions and selecting the subscription you want to cancel. You can cancel subscriptions purchased in Cryptohopper's iOS or Android app only in the App Store and Plays Store. Check this article for more information.
Depending on the country/bank you're sending the funds from, transferring money from your bank account to your Cryptohopper account can take several weekdays. If you have yet to receive your subscription or Cryptohopper credits after 7 days, please get in touch with our support staff by creating a ticket and include payment details.
If you're having trouble setting up your automated trading bot, please don't hesitate to check out our troubleshooting guide or reach out to us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that subscriptions for Explorer, Adventurer, and Hero are eligible for a refund within two weeks of purchase.
Cryptohopper strives for a 24h response time on a ticket. For complicated cases and on weekends, this might be longer. Sending multiple tickets on the same query won't result in a faster reply and only increases the support agents' workload.
