Cryptohopper Database Migration & Update
On February 21st at 4 AM UTC + 1, Cryptohopper will be performing a database migration and update that is expected to take approximately 2 hours.
During the upgrade, it is necessary to temporarily take down the website to prevent any data loss or corruption. This downtime is necessary to ensure that the upgrade is completed without any interruptions or issues. We will keep users informed of the progress throughout the maintenance period.
To ensure our users are aware of what to expect, we want to highlight a few things to consider.
Cryptohopper will not cancel any orders or disable any trading bots. If your orders are not filled before maintenance begins, the bot will receive an update about the order once the maintenance is complete.
It's worth noting that even with careful planning and preparation, there may still be a minor risk of data loss or subscriptions not being prolonged correctly. This is why it's important to take measures to minimize the risk and keep users informed about what to expect during the maintenance period.
Additionally, please note that our Marketplace Sellers and API Developers will also be impacted during the maintenance period. Signals sent through API and calls made to Cryptohopper's API will not go through.
