Fixed the store language preferences when changing language and improved the change language state

Fixed an issue where chart data wouldn’t refresh correctly after reloading the chart
Fixed the funding trades issue when showing the loader for the “Yours” tab
Fixed broken or missing hyperlinks for “here” in the promotional modal
Fixed the popup modal backdrop not covering the entire screen issue
